The Maurice Sixto Foundation of Pétion-ville, Haiti, is dedicated to the promotion of education and Haitian culture. Maurice Sixto was a great humourist and raconteur. Sixto brought to life the many faces of the Haitian aristocracy through his recordings such as "Léa Kokoyé" (1975), "Ti Sainte Anize (Ti Sentaniz)" (1978 ), "Zabèlbok Bérachat" (1979), "Gwo Moso" (1984), and "Madan Saint Viluce (Madan Senvilus)" (1985).
Passionné pour la poterie Benson travailla sous la supervision de monsieur DEVENDEJIS et son père jusqu’à 17 ans. Il rêve toujours de perfection. Améliorer sa connaissance en ceramic devient sa principale seule préoccupation. Ainsi vers la même période il organisa sa première exposition vente.
