In order to print on CD-Rs or DVD-Rs we require one film positive for each color to be printed. Films and a prepress check are included. Photo printing is done in 4-colour CMYK format with an optional white undercoat. |

We strongly recommend sticking to simple solid Pantone colors instead of full-colour pictures. However, we do have the best full-colour silkscreen printing available. |

The printing spec to be used depends on the blank discs being used. If there is a stacking ring on the top surface, you must avoid any art falling in this area (generally between 33 to 39mm diameter). Besides that, we can print the entire disc surface from 22mm to 116mm diameter. All Falcon discs meet this spec. We have a variety of blank media in stock or available by special order. Turn time: Monday to Friday are counted as business days. Day zero is the day we have your approval of proofs before 10:00 AM EST. |

It is not possible to have an exact color match to paper! Silkscreen on plastic is very different than offset, inkjet, or laser printing on paper. Please advise if you would like to purchase test prints. A test print costs about the same as buying the minimum quantity in this caclulator. |
